Sunday 16th May

Wildlife Fair

For a fun and educational day out, bring the family along to the Wildlife Fair at Bargo’s Wirrimbirra Sanctuary.

Anthony Stimson from Australian Wildlife Displays will have plenty of hands-on fun for everyone, with shows right throughout the day.  Look through the Native Plant Nursery to find that special plant for your garden, or you can purchase your own living dinosaur, a Wollemi Pine.  Wirrimbirra is the only authorised stockist of the Wollemi Pine in the Wollondilly Shire.  Wirrimbirra’s gift stall will have plenty of gifts and souvenirs, including a fantastic range of Australian-made soft native animal toys and puppets.  There’ll be displays, activities and plenty of hot and cold food available all day.

Wirrimbirra Sanctuary is a non-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers, and is located on Remembrance Drive, about half-way between Bargo and Tahmoor.

Entry to Wirrimbirra is free, but your donation at the gate would be accepted with thanks, and will assist with the ongoing work of the Sanctuary.
